Hi, I'm Alison Ruddy.

Alison ran three team sessions for my business - two business strategy days and one on increasing wellbeing, resilience & productivity. The sessions were extremely valuable particularly in the group format. I say that on behalf of myself and the team, all of whom commented on the benefits of the sessions. The business strategy days were based on aligning our thinking firstly by recognising what individual team members know about our strategy, thereafter looking for commonalities and focusing on the strengths and key outcomes i.e. what is our overall vision and how can we get there - as a team. There was an uplift in team spirit and we all seem to be moving in the same direction. Alison ran a session for my team on Mental Fitness and Peak Performance. The session was well delivered and informative as well as fun and interactive. I think the best training sessions are ones where there are tangible takeaways that you can build into your work day.
